“AI×Inspection・Checking products ” is a solution that AI replaces visual inspections of appearance and food tampering that are currently conducted by human eyes. This system can find a specific object in the image and identify its type, position and size. It can be used for product appearance inspection and quantity counting and enable to reduce the time and the cost required for inspection.

Features of “AI×Inspection・Checking products”

By letting AI learn the elements you want to recognize in advance, it is possible to identify and count the number of those elements from the image. Also, non-defective products and defective products can be distinguished by learning the elements using error values such as defects and tears. With the image identification function, error values due to temperature differences can also be detected using a thermo camera.
