System Outline

“AI×Hiroi (Picking up)” is a system that AI automatically identifies the shape of disaster prevention devices (sprinklers, fire alarms, etc.) in the drawing and counts the numbers. At the construction work, the estimation of pricing varies greatly depending on the accuracy of material extraction from the drawing. For this reason, identification work at the time of estimation is very important and also time consuming. By utilizing “AI×Hiroi (Picking up)”, it will be possible to identify the number of devices semi-automatically even with a large number of drawings. In addition, it is equipped with functions to identify long objects such as wires and pipes and even measures areas. As a result, the man-hours required for identification process can be greatly reduced.

Features of “AI×Hiroi (Picking up)”

Facing the shortage of human resources and the decreasing number of skilled engineers in Japan, we can make AI to learn and utilize the empirical value of skilled engineers and reduce the workload of limited resource environment.

“AI×Hiroi (Picking up)” has following features.

■ Automatically identify devices based on the preliminary learned shapes by AI
■ Not only from drawings by CAD but also identify objects from drawings in the PDF file or paper drawings.
■ Each identified object can be confirmed visually by the image, and correction can be made.
■ It is possible to manually identify the length of wiring and also measures areas.
■ Identified results can be output in 6 types of summary tables, CSV and ground drawing.
■ Interface data with estimation calculation system and improve operation efficiency.
